Terms and conditions

EVAR (“we”, “us”) sells contemporary men’s casual clothing online and in our stores in El Mahalla, Tanta, and Samannoud. The website is for customers in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

These pages explain how we work today: guest checkout, Cash on Delivery, and no customer accounts. If a product page, checkout quote, or in-store staff tells you something more specific, that information applies to that order.

• You must be 18 or older, or placing an order with a parent or guardian.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the name, phones, and address you enter.
• Do not misuse the site, scrape it, or attempt to interfere with orders or stock.
• Prices, photos, and availability can change. What you see at checkout is what we confirm for that order.

We photograph and describe products as carefully as we can. Colour can still look slightly different on different screens and in different light. Fabric weight and fit can vary a little between batches.

Stock is held by size and colour. If an item sells out between adding it to the cart and placing the order, we reduce the quantity to what is left or we cannot complete that line. We will contact you on the phone number you gave us if we cannot fulfil the order as placed.

Checkout is guest-only. You do not create an account. You pay Cash on Delivery (COD) in Egyptian pounds when the courier hands you the parcel. Card and wallet checkout are not offered on the website yet.

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm or ship the order.
• Keep your order reference. You can track the order from the Track order page with that reference and your phone.
• Please keep your phone available. Couriers usually call before delivery.
• If you refuse a COD parcel without a valid reason, you may be asked to cover the delivery cost on a later order.
• We may cancel an order if the address or phone cannot be reached, if we suspect fraud, or if an item cannot be fulfilled.

All prices are in Egyptian pounds and include what is shown on the product page. Shipping is calculated at checkout by governorate. A free-shipping rule may apply (currently when you order three or more pieces, unless we change that rule in the dashboard). The amount shown before you confirm is the amount due on delivery.

EVAR, the EVAR mark, product photos, and site design belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy them for commercial use without written permission.

We are responsible for supplying the products you ordered in the condition described, and for handling returns as set out in our policies. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, unanswered courier calls, or events outside our control (including courier disruptions). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Egyptian consumer-protection law that cannot be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Egyptian courts have jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer rights.

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the latest version. Orders already placed follow the terms in force when you checked out.
