Privacy policy

When you place an order we need enough information to deliver and to contact you:

• Full name, primary mobile number, optional second number, optional email
• Governorate, city or area, street, building / floor / apartment, optional landmark and notes
• Products, sizes, colours, quantities, prices, shipping amount, and order status
• Your order reference, so you can look the order up later

If you write to us (Instagram, phone, in store, or the contact page), we keep the conversation as needed to help you. The site also uses technical cookies or storage for the cart, language (Arabic / English), and basic security. We do not run customer login.

• To confirm, pack, ship, and complete Cash on Delivery
• To quote shipping for your governorate and apply free-shipping rules
• To handle exchanges, returns, and after-sales questions
• To prevent fraud, refused COD abuse, and stock errors
• To improve the shop (for example, which sizes sell) in aggregated form
• To meet accounting and legal duties in Egypt

We share what is necessary with delivery partners to reach your address, and with staff in our stores and operations. Hosting, email, or tools we use to run the site may process data on our instructions. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information if Egyptian law requires it.

Order records are kept for as long as needed for delivery, returns, accounting, and legal claims, then deleted or archived in line with our internal retention. Cart data on your device stays until you clear it or it expires.

You can ask what order data we hold, ask us to correct a name or address on an open order, or ask us to limit marketing messages if we ever send any. Under Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law 151 of 2020) you may also have rights of access, correction, and deletion, subject to what the law allows us to keep. Contact us and we will handle the request as we reasonably can.

The shop is aimed at adults buying men’s casual wear. We do not knowingly collect data from children to create profiles.
